Homage to those courageous beings who have abandoned all self cherishing attitudes and have fully awakened.
Before you I offer my body speech and mind.
Through the grace of the enlightened mind,
I pray that one day I will be of benefit to all beings in every direction.
To those who suffer in cyclic existence I offer myself to you.
May we all have a happy life free from suffering.
